Before implementing Epicor, determining inventory levels was a major challenge—employees had to manually check stock in the warehouse daily. Without an inventory management system, the company was forced to maintain high volumes of scrap paper.
With Epicor Kinetic, Greenpaper gained tighter control over inventory and improved material management processes, enabling more precise sorting, better quality control, and a 6% increase in production line efficiency.

Eduina Mancillas, Sales and Marketing Director, explained: “Previously, we could only estimate delivery times as two to three weeks. Now, with the comprehensive visibility Epicor Kinetic provides, we can commit to exact dates, which is essential for improving service and strengthening customer relationships.”
She added: “We can also track and measure on-time delivery performance and set improvement goals.”
Another key benefit is eliminating delays in the invoicing process. Previously, Greenpaper’s team needed three days to create invoices. With Epicor, invoices are automatically generated as soon as products are shipped.
Traceability is also crucial for Greenpaper. Both customers and government authorities require proof of which materials were used for which products. Before Epicor Kinetic, the company relied on seven separate systems to track materials.
Carrillo admitted: “With seven systems, everyone had different data sets. Now, we work from a single source of truth, showing exactly which materials, production lines, and machines were used—this accurate information saves us countless hours.”
