Unither Pharmaceuticals, a major player in the pharmaceutical sector, has implemented a new MES system using AVEVA software. With AVEVA MES Performance, Unither processes data in real time, providing operators and managers with precise tools to analyze production line performance.

Amcor, a global leader in developing and producing responsible packaging, was already capturing a lot of data from its 23 facilities with a traditional SCADA system. But a lack of visibility, standardization, and automation meant the company wasn’t getting enough value out of that data. In order to drive better line performance, Amcor built a manufacturing execution system suite at the edge using AVEVA System Platform to enable teams to consistently measure and track production data.

F&N Dairies needed to maintain consistent high-quality products and reduce waste while keeping operating costs to a minimum. The company used the AVEVA Manufacturing Execution System as the foundation for its in-house automation software solution, Process Nexus II, to efficiently monitor its manufacturing processes. This solution offered operations transparency while establishing a foundation for compliance, product traceability, and profitability.
